Goal
The objective of the project is to design and implement a reporting platform that optimizes the generation, management, and visualization of reports provided by CIAT to the Ministry of Agriculture, using a SaaS as the technological foundation. This development aims to enhance efficiency in accessing and utilizing information, ensuring an intuitive and functional interface for users.
To achieve this, a comprehensive process was carried out, including user research to understand their needs and workflows, brainstorming sessions to define key functionalities, and UX/UI design with a focus on usability. Finally, the visual design of the platform was developed, ensuring consistency with the institutional identity and providing an optimal navigation experience.
Problem
Currently, the generation and management of reports provided by CIAT to the Ministry of Agriculture face several limitations, including manual processes, scattered information, and difficulties in accessing and visualizing reports. These challenges create operational inefficiencies, increase the likelihood of errors, and delay data-driven decision-making.
Additionally, the absence of a centralized platform hinders the standardization of reports and real-time updates, affecting the quality and availability of information. Therefore, it is essential to develop a digital solution that optimizes these processes, ensuring a more efficient, accurate, and accessible workflow for all stakeholders.
