Embarking on my professional journey, I had the privilege of conducting consultations for renowned organizations, including the International Foundation for Ibero-America in Administration and Public Policy (FIIAPP) and the United Nations. Additionally, I have held prominent roles in various companies, ranging from El Tiempo Newspaper and the Presidency of the Republic of Colombia to the Mayor's Office of Bogota, the La Sabana University and startups like SoyYo - Digital Identity Services - and TUL.
My skills are focused on user interface design, information architecture, and interaction flow for digital products. I also have experience in defining research methodologies that enable the creation of customer journeys, scalable solutions, and conceptualization following user-centered design principles and stakeholder needs by analyzing existing flows.
My approach centers on understanding best practices in terms of user experience, accessibility, and prototyping construction, developing various phases including architecture, navigation, user flows, and interaction.
Regarding tools, I master the use of Figma, FigJam, Sketch, Adobe, InVision, Maze, Jira, Miro, and Webflow. These tools enable me to work efficiently and precisely, providing effective design solutions.
